Full Automatic High Speeds Flexo Ink Printing Die Cutting (Gluing)(Bundling) Linkage Line 

Use and Characteristics:

◆The full automatic high-speeds flexo ink printing die cutting (gluing) (bundling) linkage line is composed of feeding unit, printing units, die cutting & slotting units, folding and gluing unit, correcting & counting output , these five units .

◆The machine adopts high quality steel welding carefully processed and assembled.

◆The machine is in usage of docking with the die cutting & slotting unit, Couplet of communication with electrical control

system of printing department. When the printing unit starts to run, the gluing unit will start along itself.

◆Automatically providing the glue, glue loop, then never break

the glue off, no artificially adding glue, save time and effort.

◆Stainless steel coated wheel, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, uniform glue, glue saving and glue quantity is about one third of the amount of artificial glue

◆Folding department is equipped with adjustable pressing-line wheel, making cartons be folded more smoothly, glue more beautiful and exact.

◆Cartons are piled up and correction in counting unt, stable security output , accurate without error, digital control, simple operation, input without stopping.
